Wedding Inspiration To Wow Your Guests

If there’s one thing we know after years of playing high-end weddings, it is that the magic is in the details. Your venue is gorgeous, your food is delicious, your live band will have everyone dancing, and you’re getting married to your best friend! Now all that is left to think about are the finishing touches that will elevate your event to new heights. Here are some of our favorites:

The Hanging Garden

Florals can be used for so much more than your bouquet and centerpieces. We love seeing clients who reimagined their florals in ways that liken them to a work of art. Hanging florals at your ceremony or reception creates a welcoming, elegant, and polished feel to your space. Not to mention, it will make your venue smell divine!

Ceremony Strings Section

There are few things more powerful than orchestral music. The sound is timeless, bold, sophisticated, and strong. It gives us chills just thinking about it. For a more modern spin, have your section play covers of you and your partner’s favorite contemporary songs. Some of our top choices are, “River and Roads” by The Head and the Heart, “Lover” by Taylor Swift, and “Love” by Lana Del Rey. Rose Petal Cannon

What’s more chic than rose petals falling from the sky? Customize the coloring to fit your wedding aesthetic and mood. Not only will it add an element of joy for you and your guests as you walk down the eisle hand in hand, but it also makes for wonderful photos that will be remembered forever.

Cocktail Hour Jazz Set

Liven up your cocktail hour with a swanky jazz trio or quartet. Guests can sample hors d’oeuvres, sip on champagne, and converse to the steady beat of a double bass. Live jazz is dynamic, fun, and always creates a classy atmosphere–it’s the party before the dance party!

The Enchanted Forest

Indoor trees are so versatile. They fill in a space nicely and can be decorated to match your existing look. We love trees that create a pathway to guide your guests from one space to another or help guide you down the aisle. For a personal touch, consider using trees that are native to the place where you and your partner met. Those intentional choices might not be known to all your guests, but will be felt by everyone.

Exclusive DJ Set

It’s getting late, but the night is not over quite yet. As the band winds down and your first wave of guests leave, your party-loving guests will still be energized from the live sets. Consider transitioning your music to keep the high going. Transform your reception into a high-society dance club where your friends can keep grooving. Consider a St. Tropez-inspired DJ-Musician hybrid with an electric guitar or saxophone accompaniment to the mixing board. We’ll create a unique DJ set just for you with all your favorites, remixes, and more!

Surprise Fireworks

Fire away! We absolutely LOVE when our couples ask us to help pull off a surprise. Our MC’s are always happy to guide your guests outside for a spectacular display of light and love. To elevate this atmosphere even further, have the band back up the fireworks with romantic instrumental tunes. Your guests will never forget your names written in the sky amongst the stars, and neither will you.
